Hairy Bikers' Mississippi Adventure

Dave Myers and Si King explore the food and music of the American South, beginning with a trip to Memphis, Tennessee, where they try a soul stew and fried chicken.

Dave and Si continue their journey as they head to New Orleans, where they meet blues musician Little Freddie King and get to grips with some of the best local food, providing their own twist to a southern classic, po' boy, a traditional sandwich.

Dave and Si follow in the footsteps of music legends and try more Southern food, stopping at a classic diner to try Tennessee dishes. The duo then head to Elvis Presley's Graceland mansion in Memphis to interview George Klein, the singer's friend.

Si and Dave visit the epicentre of Cajun culture, experiencing great food and great people in Lafayette. They tuck in to crayfish and groove at a jam session.

The duo take the road to Nashville, Tennessee where they learn about the roots of country music, how to cook biscuits and gravy, and visit the Grand Ole Opry stage.
