S18, E11: The seven remaining chefs are called down to the dining room to discover two ice dancers performing a routine. Chef Ramsay explains ice dancing can be romantic, just as dessert can be. For their challenge they will cook an extraordinary dessert that will be judged by world-renowned chocolatier Valerie Gordon.
