Bill's Kitchen: Notting Hill

Bill is hard at work running his new restaurant and cooks buttermilk pancakes, chickpea and chorizo soup, and a blueberry and almond shortcake.

Bill shares his recipe for ginger and garlic fried rice with lime and coriander, roasted butternut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds, and a raspberry jelly with ice cream.

Bill whips up a flavoursome tiger prawn, watermelon and herb salad and follows it up with delicious coconut chicken wings. Later, he serves baked lime and coconut pudding.

Bill serves a delicious shoulder of pork in chipotle sauce, followed by Tex-Mex creamy corn pudding. To finish it off, Bill whips up an incredible crème caramel.

In search of the perfect mid-week dinner, Bill whips up a tasty sausage and pepper oven tray bake. Later, he serves a delicious fish tagine, and classic Chinese-style noodles with leftovers from the fridge.

Bill prepares Southeast Asian curry, ancho chilli rolls, and crispy quinoa fritters with red eye mayo for some of his favourite designers and their entourage.
