During WWII Philip Weber, a penniless American art student, finds himself trapped by the Nazi occupation at the luxurious Ritz Hotel in Paris.

Philip Weber has two choices, either fight against the Nazi regime and lose his accommodation, or help the Nazis in return for being able to live at the hotel.

As The Ritz rapidly transforms into a seething nest of spies and informers, Philip's collaboration with Nazi leaders becomes a life or death situation.
