Tamra, the Island
William (Pierre Deporte), a young British noble, embarks on a ship to Japan seeking Far Eastern treasures but is thrown overboard during a storm, drifting to the exotic Tamra Island. There, he meets Beo Jin (Seo Woo), a local girl with dreams of exploring beyond her island home, and despite the language barrier, they develop a connection. Park Kyu (Im Joo Hwan), an exiled noble, becomes jealous and opposes their budding relationship. The stakes are high, as the presence of a foreigner on the island could lead to severe consequences if discovered by government officials. A mysterious Japanese sailor from the East India Company and an ambitious merchant planning an insurrection further complicate the already tense situation.
