Shanmugam confronts Vetri for ruining his sister's life and demands answers about her imprisonment. Later, Kanchana warns Manickam to reveal his reason for meeting Abinaya.

Sarala refuses to educate Sudar, who is later ousted from school while delivering lunch. Later that evening, Sudar cries for her mother.

Abinaya is enraged after Kanchana threatens to harm Sudar, who later financially assists Shanmugham. Meanwhile, Vetri regrets concealing a secret from Karna.

Abinaya confines Kanchana in a room to prevent her from meeting Karna. Later, Abinaya locks herself in another room to trick the suspicious Kanchana and escapes cleverly.

Sudar and Tharun sneak into the school and Sudar takes a stroll inside with joy. Later, the watchman catches them as Sudar speaks into the microphone.
