Suttum Vizhi Sudare

Abinaya is arrested in a murder case and taken to jail while pregnant. Later, she gives birth to a baby girl named Sudar, and the child grows up in jail with her.

Sudar breaks down, refusing to leave her mother in jail, and Abinaya sinks into tears when Sudar leaves. Later, Sudar feels excited as she sees the river along the way.

Sarala refuses when Radhika reveals Sudar will stay under their care. Later, she reluctantly agrees after Shanmugam compromises with her, mentioning that it is Abinaya's house.

Shanmugam asks Sarala to take Sudar to the shop, while she happily accepts. Swetha expresses her grief over Parvathy's death and explodes with anger upon hearing Abinaya's name.

Sudar asks Shanmugam why he never acknowledged her as his sister's daughter. He remembers Abinaya's elopement, which caused their father's death, and parts ways with her.

Sudar draws a Kolam of her mother, but Sarala angrily erases it. Meanwhile, Savithri sadly informs Abinaya that she has been transferred to another jail.
