Queen of Ambition

Born into extreme poverty, Da Hae (Park Soo Ae) was determined to claw herself into a higher economic status, no matter the cost. As an orphaned child, she met Ha Ryu (Kwon Sang Woo), and the two grew close despite being separated through adoption. Ha Ryu is willing to do anything for Da Hae – which turns out to be his fatal flaw, as she primarily sees him as a pawn in her life. After the tragic loss of their daughter, Da Hae abandons and betrays Ha Ryu in favor of a wealthier man. She eventually becomes the first lady, and Ha Ryu ends up as the prosecutor for her corruption case. Is this Ha Ryu’s chance to get “revenge” on Da Hae, or will she manage to get her way yet again?
