Mystery 101

Amy is an expert in whodunnits and sizing people up, so when she meets detective Travis, investigating a plant theft, Amy deduces he's new in town and divorced by his accent and missing wedding band. Though Travis can't discuss his investigation, he and Amy banter playfully while she waits for her student Lacey, who doesn't show.

When a guest at the college book festival is killed, Amy and Travis clash after he arrests an unlikely person for murder. Amy must fight to prove he's got the wrong person behind bars.

Amy heads to Seattle to give a TEDTalk-style lecture; when a tech genius dies, Amy suspects foul play, but the local police shut her out of the investigation; Travis joins forces with Amy to solve the mystery.

Amy can't believe her colleague, a Mark Twain scholar, poisoned a professor to get an early draft of Huck Finn. Determined to prove his innocence, Amy enlists help from Travis, whose predecessor is the cop who convicted her friend. Now the retired officer is going to great lengths to make sure his arrest stands.

[Final Episode] Amy and Travis travel to New York to investigate the disappearance of Amy's uncle and the initial clues make them fear the worst.
