Shreenu wants to abort his wife's pregnancy because he doesn't want a daughter. Months later, Shreenu tries to sell his daughter without his wife's consent.

Shreenu refuses to spend money on Chiraiyya's vocal cord operation. Later, Chiraiyya meets Saarang and saves him from an accident.

Bulla tries to drug Chiraiyya. When she refuses to drink it, he attacks Chiraiyya. Later, Chiraiyya's mother takes a stand against Shreenu.

Saarang and Chiraiyya express their feelings after Saarang inquires about her emotions. Meanwhile, Shreenu opposes the marriage proposal from Saarang's mother.
