The Circus is a government agency made up of men and women with supernatural powers and the young Nai is on a journey in search of Karoku, a man who abruptly disappeared from his life. The only clue Nai has is Karoku's Circus ID bracelet.

Episode 2

Nai is determined to link the bracelet with Karoku's disappearance but he soon discovers his earlier brush with trouble is far from over.

While Nai is under Circus's protection, a curious fact comes to light regarding his true identity. With that clue in hand, Nai, Gareki, and several members of Circus visit Nai's supposed hometown.
