Jimmy starts his Florida adventure in Pensacola, where he explores the city's culinary scene with chef Blake and uncovers the Southern delicacy of boiled peanuts.

Heading to Florida’s East Coast, Jimmy’s journey takes him to New Smyrna Beach, where he tests his limited surfing abilities in the Atlantic waves, and then meets local chef David.

Jimmy heads to St. Pete, where he sets sail with skipper Mark and learns all about a local delicacy before attempting to catch one.

Jimmy’s journey continues and today he is in Central Florida, where he fires up the grill at a historic BBQ restaurant, getting grilling secrets from chef Kyle.

Starting his journey in central Florida, Jimmy visits Universal Studios Resort where he meets executive chef Jens for a culinary tour of some the parks distinctive restaurants.
