In Plain Sight

Peter Manuel, recently released from a nine year prison term for a series of sexual assaults, is determined to make Detective William Muncie, the man responsible for his incarceration, pay the price.

No arrest is made after Anne Kneiland's murder. Nine months later another family fall victim to a tragic attack. The husband and father, William, who was on a fishing trip at the time, is arrested.

The day after Isabelle Cooke disappears, Manuel hands himself in to Muncie with an alibi for his movements of the previous twenty four hours.
