Homemade Love Story

Several families live at Samgwang Villa, a boarding house open to people of different backgrounds. Architect Woo Jae Hee (Lee Jang Woo) is one such resident, who lives alone after feuding with his father in his adolescence. At a home remodeling site, he meets Lee Bit Chae Woon (Jin Ki Joo), an interior designer who also happens to live at Samgwang Villa. While the two initially get off to a rough start, they slowly begin to get to know each other and understand their points of view. While Jae Hee enjoys living at Samgwang Villa, Bit Chae Woon longs for a day she can leave, as she supports both her mother and two younger siblings. Can the residents of the villa achieve their dreams?
