    A Touch of Class
    Arrogant conceit compels Basil (John Cleese) to invite a higher class of clientele to Fawlty Towers ("rather than the riff-raff we normally get in here"). Lord Melbury's arrival is quite timely. Basil will do anything for the nobility. With great deference, the proprietor is only too happy to take his Lordship's money.

    The Builders
    Once again being cheap causes a problem for Basil (John Cleese). Construction work needs to be done in the hotel lobby and, behind Sybil's back; Basil quickly accepts the lowest bid for the job. But he will soon discover why O'Reilly and his crew are so inexpensive.

    The Wedding
    Basil is outraged when he thinks promiscuity is out of hand at Fawlty Towers. As usual, he trips himself up. In the end, he is caught by the guests in a compromising position with Manuel.

    The Hotel Inspectors
    Hotel inspectors are in the area. Basil (John Cleese) is terrified that they will make their way to Fawlty Towers. It occurs to him that the guest he has been so rude to actually may be one of the inspectors. His rudeness turns to charm.

    Gourmet Night
    A special gourmet night at Fawlty Towers will bring out the cream of Torquay society. The expectations could not be higher, but Basil's (John Cleese) chef is drunk. Desperate, he drives around in a beaten up old car looking for a replacement main course.

    The Germans
    Sybil is in the hospital suffering from an in grown toenail. Basil (John Cleese) copes as best he can during her absence. A chaotic fire-drill at Fawlty Towers ends when Basil is knocked out by the moose's head mounted in the lobby. The now deranged host encounters his German guests and tells them the "truth" about their Fatherland. Contains language which some may find offensive.
