Camden, New Jersey is days away from a state takeover. Rose Fiori is leading the charge to get a hold of the billion dollars in development money. To do so, she recruits Aaron Best a former NBA player who is beloved by the people of the city and groom him to be mayor. Besides his inexperience, another obstacle he faces is his brother Spark who is heavily involved in the cities drug trade.
