Juan and Andrés fake a robbery at Nieves' house to convince the neighbors to put armored doors on their houses. Of course, they arrange a compensation with Andres' friend who installs the doors.

Following an outbreak of fire due to a cigarette butt, smoking is banned in the building. The non-smokers are mostly non-homeowners, like Belén and Emilio, who try to quit smoking together with unforeseeable consequences.

The neighbors decide to hire a manager. The first measure they agree on is to sack the janitor and take turns taking care of the cleaning and garbage collection themselves.

Emilio has to leave the porter's lodge and decides to declare war on the community. He camps in front of the building and, on Carmen's advice, sues the owner's community for the years he has been working without a contract.

The administrator follows the requests of the neighbors and Juan is removed as president. In the absence of candidates, a lottery is held and Mauri is elected. Mauri tries to escape the responsibility.

The neighbors force Mauri to remain president and, in order to collect the outstanding fees owed by Concha, they set up a slot machine.
