After a sailor is murdered in the champagne room of a strip club, the NCIS team links the murder weapon to two additional unsolved cases and discovers that the names of all three victims appear on a mural in a dilapidated part of town. Also, Brody's ex-fiance pays her a surprise visit.

Following his escape, Nate Haskell, the notorious "Dick & Jane" killer, resurfaces when he e-mails a disturbing video to the father of one of his brides, threatening to take her life. (TV-14)
