Herman, the Master Spy
When the Munster family goes to the ocean for a picnic, Herman decides to try out his diving equipment. The rest of the family is too busy with preparations for their to hear a news report that a Russian finishing vessel is anchored off the beach and that it is believed that it has been sent to spy on coastal defenses. Lily and Grandpa worry when Herman does not return for lunch.
