Intending to send an e-mail about her relationship with Mr. Harris (recurring guest star Blair Underwood) only to Barb, Christine accidentally sends the scandalous message to all of the parents at Ritchie's school, almost getting Mr. Harris fired. While Christine and Mr. Harris are being reprimanded by the head of the school ethics committee, Christine gets some surprising news from Mr. Harris. Comedian Dave Foley ("NewsRadio") guest stars as Richard's friend Tom, who has a crush on Christine.

Now that Reggie is gone, John tells Chris he has feelings for her (Chris). Chris is offended, thinking John's feelings for her are only because Reggie has left town, so Chris throws a drink in John's face during dinner.

Holly (Jenny McCarthy) learns that Flex is not really in love with her and decides to get even by ruining their chances at syndication.
