Her worsening symptoms prove to be a complex mystery, but the mystery of her identity and medical history may hold the answers to saving her life. Just as the team suspects she has contagious meningitis, the woman goes missing, only to be tasered by the police who bring her back. But House deduces that the taser may have proven yet another diagnosis, with dire results.

Julie and Dr. Roberts announce their engagement. Marissa seeks solace with bad boy Volchok. Ryan tries to move on with Sadie, but Seth's concern for Marissa gets in the way.

It's time for another Chrismukkah in Orange County. After Ryan and Taylor have an accident while hanging holiday lights, they realize that everything is not as it seems, and they must do whatever it takes to make things right again.

As Valentine's Day approaches, Ryan worries that the pressure of the holiday will ruin his relationship with Taylor. Meanwhile, revelations from their pasts cause Summer and Seth to question whether or not they are destined to be together.
