Team Scorpion must put aside their personal and romantic predicaments when anonymous hackers with unknown motives take control of U.S. military aircraft and warships and point weapons at American cities. But, just as Team Scorpion makes headway against the hackers controlling U.S. naval destroyers, they learn that a U.S. nuclear submarine also has been hacked and has a missile about to launch.

When Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Russell (David Spade) decide to teach Adam (Oliver Hudson) a lesson in responsibility, the joke is on them when Adam has the last laugh. When Jeff (Patrick Warburton) runs into some extra cash, Audrey (Megyn Price) convinces him that they should live the good life for a night, living it up for a day has some pretty expensive price tags as penny-pinching Jeff learns the hard way.
