Summer is here, and Brandon breaks the news to Nat that he is quitting his job at The Peach Pit, to work at the higher paying Beverly Hills Beach Club, which he hopes will help him save money for a new car.

While working at the Beverly Hills Beach Club, Brandon meets Jerry Ratinger who hires him as a driver for his wife. However, when Brandon meets and kisses a girl, he is upset to learn from Jerry's wife that she is Jerry's mistress.

Brenda and Andrea both have a crush on their acting teacher, Chris. Brandon has finally saved enough money to buy his dream car and buys it against his father's advice.
