Laurie Mitchell

Laurie Mitchell was an American actress and model. Mitchell was perhaps best known for her role as Queen Yllana, the ruler of Venus, in Edward Bernds's 1958 science-fiction film Queen of Outer Space.

The circus owner Pascal the clown is insanely jealous of his wife, Jenny, and suspects that she wants to run away with Dario, an acrobat. When Dario and Pascal get into a fight, Jenny tries to run away and pretends to be injured when her wagon overturns. Wishbone acts as a doctor to the supposedly injured Jenny to keep Pascal away from her. At Endicott, Pascal learns that Wishbone has been covering up for Jenny and he finds Dario in Jenny's room helping her to run away. When Pascal threatens to kill Dario, shortly, a midget shoots and seriously injures the clown. But Pascal goes through his act, even though he knows it may kill him.
