Swindler Wong, the real expert, leaves no trail after every of his transaction, has put police to a halt. Father of Sister Hot is a victim of Swindler Wong, whose properties have all been cheated by Swindler Wong. Sister Hot decides to take revenge. She follows Wong to Singapore, where she meets two guys from Hong Kong. One makes a living by cheating, and the other by taking photos of people with monkey affairs. They soon become friends and go for arresting Wong together...
