Hassan (Djimon Hounsou), a struggling Somali-American airport shuttle driver in Minneapolis, illegally takes a passenger named Lloyd (Kodi Smit-McPhee) to Chicago so he can visit his dying mother. En route, Hassan discovers Lloyd is wearing a bomb vest and confesses to setting off a bomb at the Minneapolis airport that killed five people. At gunpoint, Hassan is forced to keep driving him to Chicago, trapped in a terrifying ride he can’t escape.
