The Farmer's Wife

Containing many of his cinematic touches, this enjoyable and rustic 1928 silent comedy explores the exploits of farmer Samuel Sweetland who is unsuccessful at finding himself a bride. What he doesn't know is that his devoted housekeeper secretly loves him.
