Hang Duong (Huong Giang), a movie stuntman, has long dreamed of transitioning but lacks the funds for surgery. After witnessing a brutal gangland murder, he becomes a target of dangerous mobsters. Realizing that changing gender might help him escape, he undergoes the operation and becomes a woman. Now living as her true self, Hang faces another challenge when her father falls ill. Desperate to raise money for medical bills, she enters a beauty contest hoping to win the grand prize. However, her public appearance attracts the attention of the gangsters seeking to silence her permanently.
