The Demons of Ludlow

A cursed piano unleashes vengeful ghosts on a 200-year-old colonial village, in this horror curio from shlock maestro Ben Rebane (THE GIANT SPIDER INVASION). After the piano appears during a celebration, evil ghouls begin picking off the townsfolk, whose ancestors did something vile to the piano’s owner. Though Rebane’s incapable of writing non-laugh-inducing dialogue, (“It’s 1983! Things like this just don’t happen!”) a disturbing dinner party scene shows he can definitely deliver eerie horror on a budget.
