The City

Lt. Matt Lewis and Sgt. Brian Scott is trying to catch Eugene Banks, whose dying mother identified country singer Wes Collins as Eugene's deadbeat dad. Eugene wants revenge for this by killing Wes. Only Matt and Brian can stop him.
