Pumpkinhead 4: Blood Feud

As Ricky talks about the Hatfields, how much he hates them, and how they'll never allow him to be with the girl he loves as long as they're alive. Ricky makes a vow to end the conflict once and for all. He soon realizes Haggis is a witch and begs her help. Haggis agrees and performs her resurrection of Pumpkinhead, the legendary demon of vengeance.
