One Win

The hapless Pink Storm is a women’s pro volleyball franchise. The eccentric millionaire Kang Jung Won (Park Jeong Min) buys the club on a whim, determined to “build a story” around it. He wants the team to win one of its 29 league games in the coming season. But when he tries to apply his dubious “business acumen” to sport, disaster ensues. He trades away Pink Storm’s best players and hands out contracts to notorious troublemakers. He also hires Woo Jin (Song Kang Ho), a former star player haunted by a traumatic match from his youth, as head coach. Woo Jin has no interest in Pink Storm, hoping to use the job as a stepping stone. But an unexpected meeting with the man who ruined his career changes all that. As he begins to buy into Jung Won’s dream, can he coach Pink Storm to victory?
