"Omar Sosa's 88 Well-Tuned Drums" is an award-winning documentary film on the life and music of Grammy-nominated Latin Jazz pianist and composer, Omar Sosa. Frenetic and nonlinear, the film traces Sosa's sinuous trajectory from his education in Cuba and military service in Angola to his relocation to Ecuador and fateful move to the U.S. in the nineties where he emerged as a solo artist.
