Mow Crew follows island native Eric Campbell through his last day of work as a landscaper on Martha's Vineyard. As he battles with a competing landscaping crew, trains his disaster prone replacement, and revisits a woman from his past, he begins to get cold feet about leaving his job and leaving the island
