Manam Kothi Paravai

Kannan (Sivakarthikeyan) is a carefree youth who assists his father (Ilavarasu) in his construction business. He spends a lot of time with his friends (Soori, Singampuli and Kishore) and is hopelessly in love with his childhood friend cum neighbor Revathy (Aathmiya). Her father and uncles are the most feared goons in the village and has arranged her marriage with an influential man. So now in order to stop the marriage, Kannan's friends plan to kidnap Revathy but things don’t work out as expected. A twist in the tale compels Kannan to move out of the country for work and returns later to confess his love for her. Will they eventually live happily ever after?
