Lost in Paradise
Sophia Tierra (Lacey Chabert), founder of the high-end fashion company Tierra, is stunned to learn her ex-husband is trying to sell his interest in the company. Determined to stop the sale, Sophia plans to meet with the board members to convince them to vote it down. At the same time, Max Turner (Ian Harding), a chef having a crisis of confidence, is approached by his private jet pilot friend with an opportunity: Max can deadhead on his empty flight to Fiji to meet with a wealthy man who wants to invest in Max’s potential new restaurant. Things go sideways, however, when Sophia and her dog Gianni become a last-minute addition to the flight. Just as the two begin to clash, the jet crashes on a deserted island in the South Pacific. Sophia and Max are forced to work together to make it through this crazy situation. And, of course, sparks begin to fly. Just as they begin to bond, they learn that some modern-day pirates are on the island as well. Thankfully, after trying desperately to evade capture, they learn that the 'bad guys' are actually part of a role-playing guest experience at a five-star hotel. Sophia and Max return to civilization and reality which leaves them wondering if what happened on the island was merely a fleeting moment between two people in an extraordinary situation. Thankfully, with a little assist from Gianni, they realize they can’t live without each other. Ultimately, they just needed to get lost in order to find themselves.
