After the unexpected and sudden death of his estranged father, Ron returns to his abandoned childhood home in Louisiana for the first time in years to claim his inheritance. As he wanders through the crumbling and neglected house, he is haunted by bittersweet memories of his childhood. Searching through his father’s belongings, he makes a discovery: a batch of unsent letters, addressed to him, detailing the regrets his father had about their relationship.
