Even If This Love Disappears Tonight
In an attempt to stop his classmates from bullying his friend, Toru Kamiya (Shunsuke Michieda) confesses his feelings to Maori Hino (Riko Fukumoto) – even though they both know that it's a lie. To Toru's surprise, Maori agrees to date him, but under three conditions: no talking to her until after school, keep communication brief, and no falling in love. The agreement works for a while, but Toru ends up falling for Maori for real. When he tells Maori, she has an unexpected truth of her own to share. She has anterograde amnesia, meaning that she forgets the events of the past day every time she wakes up, and relies on a detailed diary to "remember." Toru resolves to make Maori happy for as long as he can, but that might be less time than he expected. This film was adapted from the novel of the same name by Misaki Ichijo.
