S1, E2: Dara O Briain continues his journey across Italy to uncover the secrets and science of volcanoes. He travels to mainland Italy and, with the help of volcanologist Dougal Jerram, learns about a deadly phenomenon known as a pyroclastic flow. In Naples, he explores the story of Mount Vesuvius and its 79AD eruption, discovering that the volcano is not the most dangerous in the region.
