S1, E3: In this class with Nico you will learn a balanced sequence of down to earth poses that will leave your body calm and grounded. We’ll first go through the basic sequence of Earth Salutations and few times to warm the body up and then we’ll add variations and modifications to explore some of the many possibilities this sequence offers.
