S1, E4: Daycare staff warn Koharu that quiet Riku may have a speech delay. Learning he likes dogs, she takes him and Nozomi to a park, but he shows little interest. One night she finds him crying and murmuring "Bun." He leads them to a lost dog poster, revealing his feelings.
