Election

S2, E2: Grace (Debra Messing) discovers that Will (Eric McCormack) has certain perks in his apartment, such as a working fireplace, that other tenants, like her, don't have. Realizing that he's been able to acquire these goodies as President of the board of tenants, she decides to run against him in the upcoming election. Meanwhile, Jack (Sean Hayes) is devastated when his beloved pet bird, Guapo, escapes when Karen (Megan Mullally) accidentally leaves a window open.
