Chasing Scales

S1, E5: The Sunshine Coast is experiencing a population boom, with new housing developments bringing people and snakes together. Stu visits a client in a new build and discovers an eastern brown snake on the neighbor’s property. He’ll only get one chance to grab it. Stu and Liv are then called to unravel two frisky eastern brown snakes in a home. Separating these two snakes will be a deadly challenge. Jess and Dan assist a client with a baby coastal python curled up, having a catnap. The team finds the snake in the tight spot, and Jess must pull gently to remove it from its hiding spot and avoid a nasty bite. A red-bellied black snake invades a bedroom to take refuge from the heat. Mick and Adele find her wedged between two heavy boxes, and every attempted catch has her on the move. This little lightning bolt is not giving up without a fight!
