Back Builder Routine

S1, E4: Individuals have a tendency to focus on the muscles they can see. This approach to exercise undermines the bodies posterior muscles. This routine places greater demand on the muscles you can't see that help improve posture and restore a balance in strength from front to back. While still working all the muscles of the body, this routine is terrific for all levels beginner to advanced.
