Miwa, a housewife in a distant marriage, reunites with her first love, Fuyutsuki, stirring old feelings. Their bond leads to a pregnancy, raising questions of the child’s father and what she must protect.

Miwa learns from a DNA test that the child she carries is not Hiroki’s. She hides the truth from her husband, while Hiroki admits he cannot be a father. As bad news emerges about Fuyutsuki, the day Miwa gives birth arrives.
