Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) punches another agent in a moment of rage, then willingly turns in her badge and gun. And ViCAP uncovers the whole truth about the River Murders, just as Clarice finds herself in mortal peril...and without backup.

ViCAP investigates the suicide of a student on a foreign visa. Clarice feels an emotional tie to the victim and has an unexpected connection to a witness. Meanwhile Kendler secretly collects a DNA sample from the man he suspects attacked Clarice.
