A breakthrough with the case reveals the name of the one remaining serial-killing vigilante, Luz; Cross and Kayla pay Luz a visit and attempt to convince her that true justice is only possible through the American legal system; Cross and Luz connect, and she offers to turn herself in-provided that Cross meets her at a specific time and place; Kayla thinks it's a trap, but Cross feels it's worth the risk; meanwhile, Sampson discovers a piece of evidence that turns his investigation on its head.
