"Childless Claire (Maricel Soriano) opposes adopting a child and is devastated when her husband Jeremy (Derek Ramsay) seeks legal separation. Claire, who runs a travel agency, decides to escort with her driver Elias (Eric Fructuoso) an orphan boy to his foster parent in Leyte. But eerie things start to happen on their way back. When their way is blocked by fallen trees, they stay overnight in an orphanage where Claire has been doing business with. The nun there requests Claire to take a peculiar orphan girl Angeli (Mika Dela Cruz) to her non-existent aunt in a haunted tenement where the spooky inhabitants are out to get Angeli.
