Missing: The Other Side

Kim Wook, an honest con artist who tricks other con artists, witnesses a kidnapping of a woman by chance. To silence him, the kidnappers pursue Kim Wook, who flees to Duon Village. There, Kim Wook meets a mysterious person and learns a secret.

After witnessing strange things, Kim Wook learns the truth about Duon Village from Jang Panseok. Meanwhile, Shin Junho, a talented detective, pursues the prime suspect in Haneul's case, Kim Wook.

Kim Wook meets Choi Yeona, the victim of the kidnapping he had witnessed and Shin Junho's lover. Jang Panseok and Shin Junho each search for their loved ones to no avail. A criminal act inside Duon Village sparks an uproar among the populace.

Kim Namguk's death deals a heavy blow to Kim Wook, who teams up with Lee Jong-ah to find the killer. Meanwhile, Shin Junho asks for help from Baek Ildu and Kim Wook in finding Choi Yeona, his lover.

Kim Wook realizes that Kim Hyunmi is his mother and wonders how and when she came to be in Duon village. At the same time, Kim Wook and Jang Panseok search for Woo Ilseok's corpse for the safety of the townsfolk.

After discovering that his mother once worked for Han Yeohee, chairwoman of Choiseung Construction, Kim Wook begins to narrow down the suspects. Meanwhile, Jang Panseok also realizes that Kim Hyunmi is Kim Wook's mother.
