My Strawberry Film

Like many high school sophomores, Ryo (Ryusei Fukada), Hikaru (Rei Yabana), and Chika (Mizuki Yoshida) live seemingly peaceful lives, but on the inside, they’re each hiding a torrent of emotions. Only after Hikaru and Chika discover an 8mm film in a dilapidated school warehouse do these hidden feelings begin to surface. When Hikaru is captivated by the beautiful girl in the film (Ririka Tanabe), it changes all of their friendships and relationships forever. As the lives and emotions of these four high schoolers intertwine, which will have the courage to say what they feel? This is a 2024 Japanese youth romance drama directed by Karin Takeda.
