When Ara, Biodun, Yan, Zee, and Kwams gather to celebrate their best friend Maks, simmering tensions and feelings between them boil over. All is not well... Radio show host, Ara and her husband Biodun are about to have a baby after seven long years of trying. Biodun is overjoyed, but Ara doesn't seem to share his feelings as much. Since she became pregnant, the guilt of a secret request has haunted Ara. It could rock the foundations of her relationship with Biodun. Our second Mr. & Mrs., Zee and Yan, arrive excited to have their first night out since having twin boys. Or are they? Zee is struggling with postpartum symptoms, and Yan's desperate attempts to cheer her up are only making her feel worse. Their marriage reaches a breaking point during the dinner and sets off a chain reaction that unravels the dynamics of all present. Meanwhile, the dinner forces the group's suave bachelor, Kwams, to confront his true feelings for Maks, the divorced single mother who is leaving Nigeria and turning his world upside down.
